These terms describe the public website at https://aurecell.com, operated under the Aurecell brand. They apply to browsing, product information, and orders placed through the research catalog.

Research catalog

Products offered through the storefront are classified as research-use items unless a different classification is displayed. Research catalog products are intended solely for laboratory research and are not for human or veterinary use.

Orders and payment

If you place an order, you provide contact, shipping, and research-use attestation information on the Aurecell checkout page. Payment is completed on a separate secure payment page. An order is created when checkout starts; payment is confirmed only after the payment provider reports a successful charge. Payment-processor notices, disputes, chargebacks, and billing correspondence are directed to payments@aurecell.com. Customer questions about an order should be sent to support@aurecell.com.

Policies

Orders are also subject to the Refund Policy, Shipping, Privacy, and Cookie pages.

Acceptable use

You may not use this site to misrepresent research products as approved medicines, to submit false checkout or attestation information, or to interfere with checkout, payment, or site operations.
