This page describes information handling on https://aurecell.com based on features that are actually implemented. Retention periods, a registered legal entity name, and a mailing address are not published here because those details are not present in the storefront configuration.

Information you provide

If you start checkout, Aurecell collects the name, email address, phone number, shipping address, research-context selection, and policy acknowledgements you submit. That information is used to create the order, send it to the payment page, and fulfill a paid order.

Payment information

Card and payment-method details are entered on the separate payment page. Aurecell does not collect full payment-card numbers on aurecell.com. Payment-processor notices, disputes, and billing correspondence are directed to payments@aurecell.com. Customer privacy questions should be sent to support@aurecell.com.

First-party analytics

The storefront records page views and selected checkout events, including an anonymous session identifier, an anonymous visitor identifier, the page path, landing page, referrer, device type, and UTM parameters when present in the URL.

Browser storage and third parties

Browser storage and third-party scripts used by this site are listed on the Cookie Policy. Current uses include:

The Meta Pixel is used for advertising measurement, including page views and checkout events after a paid order is confirmed.

Fulfillment

After payment is confirmed, order information may be exported to Aurecell's fulfillment tools so a shipment can be prepared and tracking can be recorded when available.
