Finding your order number
After payment is confirmed, your Aurecell order number is shown on the order confirmation screen. It begins with AC- followed by your order details.

Once your payment is verified, your order is recorded for fulfillment. If confirmation is still processing, please allow a moment and refresh the confirmation page.
Updating an order before fulfillment
If you need to update an order before it ships, contact customer support with your order number. Our team will review whether changes can be made based on fulfillment status.
